When will my order ship?
We can't wait to send your order out! Give us 1–2 business days to prepare and hand it to the carrier. From there, the usual delivery window applies. Thanks for bearing with us.
Shipping for U.S. Customers
Orders inside the U.S. travel with carriers we trust and generally land 3–6 business days after they leave processing. As soon as yours moves, a tracking number arrives in your inbox so nothing is a mystery.
Do you ship internationally?
We do — anywhere in the world. Wherever you are, and whatever the size of the order, you get a dependable option you can track.
- UK orders - leave London with Royal Mail.
- Canada orders - go out of Toronto through Canada Post.
- Australia orders - depart Melbourne with Australia Post.
- All other international orders - leave the nearest fulfillment center with well-regarded global carriers that move quickly and stay trackable to your door. As soon as the parcel lands in your country, the local postal service takes over the scans and the final delivery.
How can I track my order?
A shipping confirmation email carrying your tracking details goes out the moment your parcel leaves us. The Shop app is another way to watch it, with live tracking and order alerts.
